Bricks Kicks

What happens when two of the world's most recognizable forms of creative expression collide? You get Bricks Kicks, an original concept that brings sneaker culture and the imagination of LEGO building together in an entirely new way. Inspired by today's most iconic and sought-after sneakers, I created a collection of buildable sneaker kits that transform footwear design into something you can construct, collect, and display. It's a playful collision of fashion, nostalgia, design, and the universal joy of making something with your own hands.

From concept development to product design, I reimagined the intricate details, silhouettes, and personalities of popular sneakers through the unique geometry of LEGO-style bricks. The challenge was to capture what makes each shoe instantly recognizable while embracing the limitations and possibilities of a completely different medium. Bricks Kicks reflects the kind of creative thinking I love most: connecting worlds that don't traditionally belong together and turning a simple "What if?" into something tangible. Because sometimes the best way to push an idea forward is to take it apart and build it back differently.
